This second version of Saltasaurus has an overall darker color on the back, neck, and head. It has a red mouth instead of pink, and has light blue patches surrounding it's eyes framed by big black spots that nearly merge together. The sculpt has been slightly refreshed and it has a new belly stamp. It's possible this version was released around the time of the 2007 line refresh, as its belly stamp is the same style as the other 2007 retooled models.

This last version of Saltasaurus has a much darker color, with the black coloration covering the sides head and limbs. It has a red mouth instead of pink, and has white patches surrounding it's eyes. This variant seems to have been a very late change and does not appear i any Safari collector guide photos until 2015.
